Glycerin enema recipe

Enema Recipe:

• 8 oz. glycerin
• 32 oz. of warm filtered water
• mix together in a container
• 8 oz. bulb syringe
• Temperature 103° Fahrenheit

Directions:

• Take a 8 oz. bulb syringe and fill it with warm of glycerin solution. Glycerin temperature should be approximately 103°Fahrenheit
• Lubricate tip with (Surgilube, KYjelly, Vaseline, Super Salve )
• Now take the 8 oz. bulb syringe with the glycerin solution and inject it into the rectum.
