Glycerin enema recipe
Enema Recipe:
- 8 oz. glycerin
- 32 oz. of warm filtered water
- mix together in a container
- 8 oz. bulb syringe
- Temperature 103° Fahrenheit
Directions:
- Take a 8 oz. bulb syringe and fill it with warm of glycerin solution. Glycerin temperature should be approximately 103°Fahrenheit
- Lubricate tip with (Surgilube, KYjelly, Vaseline, Super Salve )
- Now take the 8 oz. bulb syringe with the glycerin solution and inject it into the rectum.
