Milk and Honey enema recipe

Supposedly the honey helps irritable bowels. I can't vouch for that, but I do know that this is a fairly harsh mixture. Remember that 103°Fahrenheit is a good temperature (that is about 39.5° Celsius).
Effects: Mild to heavy cramping. due to gas build up.  used in discipline/punishment scenarios. As with any enema in which a food product is used they tend to produce a tremendous amount of gas in the intestinal tract.
Caution: Do not use if you are lactose intolerant.

Enema Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 quarts of warm water
  • 16 oz.of warm milk
  • 8 oz.of honey
  • 4 egg whites

To get the temperature right, warm the milk in the microwave or on the stove, add the honey. Next, add the water adjusting the temperature as you go.

Directions:

  • Pour solution to the enema bag.
  • Hang enema bag about 18 in. to 3 ft. above rectum.
  • The Knee-chest position with chest against floor and rectum higher than head this is a best position to receive an enema.
  • After the liquid has been inserted, roll onto your back, and finally roll over and lie on your right side. As you are doing this, massage you colon to help loosen and move any fecal matter.
  • Insert nozzle/rectal tube tip into anus, using a good lubricant as needed. Using a good lubricant will help prevent injury to the delicate anal tissues.
  • Inject solution into rectum slowly, approximately one cup per minute (8oz.) and take as much as possible, you can refill bag if needed.
  • Try to slightly distend the colon or until it becomes very uncomfortable to take any more solution.
  • Massaging abdomen in counter-clockwise direction during injection will help the solution higher into the colon.
  • When the enema bag is empty or no more fluid can be taken remove nozzle/rectal tube.
  • For those that have trouble retaining the nozzle and or the solution you might want to try a retention nozzle during the administration of the enema.
  • Some people use a retention plug after they received their enema solution and removed the nozzle to retain their enema for the desired amount of time. You can also fold a washcloth and press it tightly against the anus.
  • Lie in each position for several minutes, this will allow the enema solution to do its job.
  • Then you can move to the toilet and release the enema.
